On the morning of July 6, President He Zhenwei went to the Administrative Committee of China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Area ("SCODA") in Jiaozhou, Qingdao, and had a discussion and exchange with Li Gang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the Demonstration Area.
Mr. He expressed his gratitude to Mr. Li Gang, and proposed six directions for cooperation with the Administrative Committee. In particular, he expressed his gratitude to Mr. Li Gang for his participation in the China Overseas Investment Fair and for discussing practical cooperation in the areas of clean energy and carbon trading. Li Gang said that the SCODA is working in accordance with the "one core leading, all-area linkage" mechanism, based on the whole Qingdao area, playing a breakthrough demonstration role in the core area, actively exploring the development of new business models such as trade in services, continuously improving the level of trade facilitation, promoting the "four centers ". We hope that the CODA will make use of the advantages of international resources accumulated over the years and its experience in organizing international events to continue to support and help the construction of the SCODA, learn from each other and do good to each other.
Ms. Liu Jianqing, Deputy Secretary General of the Association, and people in charge of Business Department Ⅳ, Mr. Zhang Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the SCODA, and other relevant departments participated in the seminar.
