On September 1st, Mr. Dong Zuoji, the Director of the National Land Research Center of the University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, led a delegation to visit CODA and met with the President Mr. HE Zhenwei as well as Deputy Secretary General Mrs. ZhangHong. They exchanged views and signed a Co-operation Agreement on comprehensive improvement of soil and ecological restoration by planting rape in saline alkali land, and cooperation with local governments.
