On September 5th, the Deputy Secretary General Mrs. Zhang Hong attended the Azerbaijan Investment and Trade Opportunities Forum and delivered a speech. Zhang Hong said that CODA will, as always, devote itself to the joint construction of "the Belt and Road" between China and Azerbaijan, and continue to play the role as a bridge and link between the government and enterprises to provide support and help for Chinese enterprises to go global and participate in international investment cooperation.
