On the morning of March 23rd, the second meeting of the working group in charge of production capacity and investment cooperation China-Cambodia was successfully held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The meeting was co-chaired by Mr. Zhang Zhiqing, Deputy Director General of Department of Foreign Capital and Overseas Investment of the National Development and Reform Commission of China (NDRC), and H.E. Chea Vuthy, Deputy Secretary General of Cambodian Investment Board of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC).CODA participated in this meeting as the executing agency for China-Cambodia Production Capacity and Investment Cooperation.
