山西建投孟加拉国科巴风电项目首台风机吊装就位

在孟加拉国科克斯巴扎尔市这座美丽的渔港小城，多台大型机械隆隆作响，1600吨主吊挥舞着它的长臂，在辅吊的配合下，一组风机叶轮正与机舱在百米高空稳稳对接，这标志着由山西建投国际投资有限公司参与投资、山西建投安装集团参与建设的孟加拉国首个大型集中式风电项目——科巴66MW风电项目首台风机成功吊装到位，也意味着该项目实现年底并网发电目标、将绿色电能带到孟加拉国千家万户迈出了重要一步。
该工程总装机容量66兆瓦，采用22台3.0兆瓦风力发电机组，风电机组轮毂中心高度110米，叶轮直径156米，年平均发电量14491.85万千瓦时，对促进当地绿色发展意义重大。
在项目建设过程中，山西建投安装集团作为该项目的主要参建方，充分发挥其在新能源领域的技术及管理优势，与项目公司共同克服诸多不利因素带来的影响，按照“时间表”“路线图”精心组织、统筹安排，在极短的时间内就完成了首台风机吊装作业，用“山西建投速度”展现了“中国建造”的实力和担当。
In the beautiful fishing port town of Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh, a number of large machinery rumbled, and the 1600 ton main crane waved its long arm. With the cooperation of the auxiliary crane, a group of impellers were steadily docked with the engine room at a height of 100 meters, this marks the successful hoisting of the first wind turbine of Cox's Bazar 66MW Wind Farm Project, the first large-scale centralized wind power project in Bangladesh invested by Shanxi CIG International Investment Co., Ltd. and constructed by Shanxi Installation Group Co., Ltd., and also means that the project has taken an important step towards achieving the goal of grid connected power generation by the end of the year and bringing green power to thousands of the residents in Bangladesh.
The total capacity of the project is 66 MW, and twenty-two 3.0 MW wind turbines are used. The hub center of the wind turbine is 110 meters high, the impeller diameter is 156 meters, and the annual average power generation is 144918500 kWh, which is of great significance for promoting local green development.
In the process of project construction, Shanxi CIG International Investment Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Installation Group Co., Ltd., as the main participant of the project, gave full play to its technical and management advantages in the field of new energy, worked with the project company to overcome the impact of many adverse factors, carefully organized and made overall arrangements according to the "schedule" and "road map", completed the first wind turbine hoisting operation in a very short time, and showed the strength and responsibility of "China Construction" with "Shanxi CIG speed".
In the next step, Shanxi CIG International Investment Co., Ltd. will continue to strengthen investment management and performance management in an all-round way throughout the whole process, effectively compact the main responsibilities, keep an eye on the project construction progress, improve the allocation of production factors, achieve perfect performance through integrated and effective operation, work together with relevant parties, and write a new chapter of green development in Bangladesh with practical actions.
